Our investment in OTS represents an important example of our approach: supporting the development of a strong technology business and, ultimately, its integration into a larger publicly listed European-oriented technology group.

OTS — Open Technology Services is a Greek technology company established in 1993, specializing in integrated information systems and enterprise software for the public and private sectors.

With more than 700 installations and over 100,000 users of its applications, OTS has developed a strong position in the Greek digital transformation market. Blue Ventures has been a long-term shareholder and strategic supporter of OTS.

A transformational milestone

In February 2026, REAL CONSULTING S.A. signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of OTS through a share-exchange transaction. The transaction involved the issuance of 9,203,824 new REAL Consulting shares to the existing shareholders of OTS.

The transfer of the OTS shares was completed on 19 March 2026. OTS continues to operate as an autonomous business entity, retaining its management team, commercial identity and existing partnerships.

For Blue Ventures, the transaction represents a significant example of long-term value creation through strategic ownership.
